Getting A Dose Of Creativity After Walking

walking

Admit it or not, walking can be a little exhausting. Not only will you need your brain to be conditioned enough to withstand the heat of the sun or the cold of the air that you may feel from outside of your body as you walk down the road for quite some time, but also need your heart to be conditioned enough to withstand the pain of the distance or the strain of the force that you may feel from inside of your body as you continue to walk down the road for quite a while.

But you know what?

Believe it or not, walking can be a little exciting. Not only will you have your brain conditioned enough to withstand the heat of the sun or the cold of the air that you may feel from outside of your body as you walk down the road for quite a while, but also have your heart conditioned enough to withstand the pain of the distance or the strain of the force that you may feel from inside of your body as you continue to walk down the road for quite some time.

And you know what?

There’s more to walking than it seems.

Aside from making your brain conditioned enough for the changes in temperature and the changes in movement, walking can also make you get a dose of creativity – one that you can either showcase to other people as you paint on a canvass outdoors in a park or as you sculpt on a woodblock indoors in a studio or to your loved ones as you sculpt on a woodblock outdoors in your garage or as you paint on a canvass indoors in your kitchen. Just a little reminder, though. Don’t forget to check out MIG if and when you decide to sculpt on a woodblock to make your new creation even better than you imagined it to be like.

Because that’s what walking can also do for you aside from making you mentally healthy. It makes you inspired like no other, which is deemed a start for creativity.

And because that’s what walking can also do for you aside from making you emotionally healthy. It makes you motivated like never before, which is deemed a finish for creativity.

What about you?

In what way do you let your creative juices flow after walking?

In what way do you let your inspiration take over your mind after walking? In what way do you let your motivation take over your heart after walking?
